2) These two different metals can be combined into an integral part, which can be treated for drawing and annealing, like processing single metal wire
3) In the process of drawing, the diameters of copper and aluminum are changing with the same ratio, thus the volume ratio of the copper surface can keep relatively permanent unchanged
4) As the high frequency signal has the feature of conductor skin effect, so the copper-clad aluminum wires have the same conducting effects with the pure copper wires when the high frequency of signals is more than 5MHz
5) Can be processed to be bare wire, tinned wire, flat wire and silver wire with various specifications
6) The density of CCA is 37 - 40% of that of copper, the length is 2.45 - 2.64 times of copper in same weight and diameter
7) All of these contribute to reduce production cost for cable manufacturers, even up to 55%
