CCA Tinned wire takes the copper clad aluminum wire which is processed with the international
advanced cladding welding & drawing method as inner conductor, with
its surface tinned as the new shielding materials, which can be divided into annealed
state (A) and hard state (H).
It is the tinned products on the basis of CCA wire, with its electrics and mechanics
capacity combining the good conductivity of copper and light weight, fine shielding
capacity of aluminum and magnesium alloy, fully showing the advantages
of brazability and sulfidation resistance of stannum, with superior advantages of
light weight, good conductivity and fine tensile strength.

than pure copper tinned wire under the same wire size and weight. So the CCA
tinned wire has great advantages of light weight and saving production cost.
Compared with aluminum and magnesium alloy: CCA tinned wire has good brazability
as well as pure copper wire for its heart yarn surface clad with a layer of pure
